According to the rules, a pull on hair is only red if its done with excessive force. A normal hair pull (which this is, since the player could continue running normally and didnt even stop to complain) is just a yellow. This whole game was a refereeing nightmare

I’m not trying to argue ik the rules say pulling hair is straight red but what’s the reasoning for that being red but pulling an arm or especially a jersey has little to know punishment I don’t understand why the difference is so big
