nema is responsible for flooding on that exact spot someone constructed a factory n they kept quite, now another factory with a perimeter wall is coming up this lives no way for water to pass so it has to find its way this the flooding I wonder why they can't stop any construction in that place naye corruption in uganda olemwa

The Engineer :

Constructing drainage is also part of development. The more we build permanent houses the more we should also consider having bigger drainage channels. The houses impact on ground sippage resulting into much runoff. Therefore we have left drainage behind now we are reaping the effects of our negligence.
