Is that your reason for not getting married. You can. There are contracts in any marriage. It's your choice to outline those laws. It is also your choice to chose a woman without kids and start at zero, and not join a family but start one. Stepfathering is not for the fainthearted.

Ppl tend to forget that the Courts & ConCourt do not make laws but interpret & enforce them. These laws are made by the parliamentarians we vote for most of whom don't read, uneducated and some are clueless about their portfolios are merely there due to popularity instead of competence
