I was pregnant when you lost Cash, and I remember seeing you post about it and thinking how I couldn’t imagine losing my daughter. I then had my daughter, and we lost her at 22 days old. We’ve since had our second daughter, and everyone made comments about how that’s good, that it will “fill the void”. I don’t think people realize you can’t replace lost children, the void will never be filled. Half of my heart will forever be missing. I loved seeing my second daughter’s sister in some of her features, but it was one of the hardest things I went through postpartum. Nobody should ever have to search for the baby they lost in their siblings features.
