This man has been on his job employed by the city or county for probably over 10 years during that time he now believes that he is the law not that he represents the law or he supposed to protect the law. He believes that he makes the law and he is the law very very dangerous in every single city in every single county threat the United States. They are 50% of cops that are think that they are above the law and that they are the law if you have anybody in law-enforcement who is not one of these people they’ll tell you yes it’s true. It’s epidemic you get that way psychologically after working you feel that now you make up the rules and you are the law and that is sad so don’t think that whenever you see someone in uniform as a police officer that they are good no only 50% of them are remember that
