theres been 3 times i heard the price on xrp is changing today tomorrow, never happened. a cold wallet is safe to keep xrp in and it doesnt need to be in a 3 tier ledger to protect it and access it. ive heard so many different answers and stories about putting a cold wallet into tier 3 ledger so it isnt lost and can accessed. its so frustrating to weed thru the all the different answers and get a solid answer about the 3 tier ledger and joining in one.
