IM TOTALLY NOT WITH OKAY WITH WITH CHEATING. what i see in this kdrama so essentially is that, That THE OTHER MAN HE ACTUALLY READ HER EYES , something her long-term boyfriend failed to do. From what I gather in this narrative, she has perpetually been cast in the role of the infallible heroine and matriarch so fiercely protective, exceptionally competent, and thriving in every arena. Yet, but with HIM, she finally drops the armor, giving full expression to her raw anger, vulnerabilities, deepseated insecurities, and unfiltered emotions. This dynamic ultimately allows her to embrace her feminine energy, secure in the profound sense of protection HE PROVIDE. And at long last, she is seen for who she truly is: a woman both resilient and vulnerable, carrying quiet pain and a longing for HER MAN to shield her, a man to lean on when she NO LONGER WISHES to be her own hero (even though she can be a hero which seems she’s been doing that through all these years.) or carry the weight of saving herself. Louder for the haters in the back! 🗣️They completely misunderstand both characters. This is exactly why I prefer the second male lead, he actually notices her pain and validates her existence. Meanwhile, the male lead spent years by her side without realizing she was losing her will to live. How can someone who spent years by her side realize so late that she was drowning? to me, the male lead’s self-absorption borderlines on narcissism. She was his lifeline through every chapter of his life, taking care of all his affairs yet when she needed him most, he was nowhere to be found it felt like he is physically there but not emotionally present. The unattainable standards he imposed on her were slowly suffocating her, and he only woke up to the truth when it was almost too late, when he watched that dashcam footage and realized she was ready to surrender to death. While I don’t justify cheating, hating her without understanding her pain misses the entire point. She was a woman pushed to her absolute limit in a relationship that drained her soul.

The ml is also going through things and had no thoughts of it because she is the reason not to give in while the fl says he’s the reason she’s suffering. Idk what y’all know about problems in a relationship but when you have them you don’t just go breaking up or continuing a relationship you talk it out or end it.
