Here is the final part of our Olatfarms cucumber comparison: Darina F1 from Jubaili, Volta F1 from Sakata, and a parthenocarpic trial variety. Darina from Jubaili had the highest germination rate in our planting. But my farm experience comes with a warning: it showed weaker disease resistance than the other varieties we compared. It needs strong agronomic management. If your crop management skills are not solid, I would advise you to avoid this one. On the Volta F1 vines, I observed fewer fruits at the time of filming, even though we planted the varieties on the same day. I show the fruits closely so you can judge their appearance. Then we look at the parthenocarpic seeds supplied for a farm trial. The long, dark-green fruits and fruiting pattern caught my attention. Observe the leaves, vines, and fruits. Keep records.
