Literally been saying this over and over to myself. I have to change my perspective and see the fruits of the situation instead of just looking at the bad. They warned me constantly that it can lead to imposter syndrome or what I was experiencing was imposter syndrome. Thinking I didn’t deserve good things because of past mistakes, situations and experiences that I walked away carrying emotional baggage that did not serve me. All of this seeking validation is a trauma wound that I need to sit with the myself and dissect which I already know that root so the problem Im now dealing with is letting go. Which is a pain in the ass but it’s needed to grow and for me to understand and to experience peace within myself and to forgive myself

I've been given independence bc others in and around me are codependant. I have no way right now to move somewhere else or start a fresh. I'm where I'm at and I can't get out right now if ever.
