I’ve been reading comments from people saying vaginal delivery is the “easy way.” Easy WHERE? If it were that simple, every woman would just choose it and go home smiling. Some women labor for HOURS. Contractions back-to-back. Pushing until they feel like they have nothing left. Some tear. Some get stitches. Some can barely sit, walk, or use the bathroom afterward. And C-section mothers? They go through major surgery to bring their babies into this world and then recover while caring for a newborn. So why are we comparing pain? Different delivery. Different pain. Different recovery. SAME COURAGE. A C-section mother does not need to downgrade vaginal birth to prove she is strong. And a vaginal-birth mother does not need to downgrade C-section mothers either. There is NO trophy for suffering the most. If we can hear mama’s voice and baby’s cry after delivery, THAT is what matters. ❤️ Stop turning childbirth into a competition. Respect BOTH mothers.
