This song hits so hard being a mom of two who have a shitty dad. He’s in jail rn and my oldest (9) told me she wants to write him a letter telling him SHE forgives him. Because “he deserves to know she doesn’t hate him” 😭 kids with shitty dads all have the biggest hearts and deserved way more than they get.. 😔
