@seasonstosavor: The perfect fall cookie to cozy up with 🍪🍂 RECIPE: 1/2 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 egg yolk 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup pumpkin purée, blotted to remove excess moisture 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/4 tsp cinnamon 9 oz chopped chocolate . Blot pumpkin purée with paper towels until less watery (if you haven’t done this before - spread it thin on a plate, and just dab with paper towel a few times) Cream butter and sugars for 2 min Add egg yolk and vanilla & mix Add pumpkin purée & mix In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon Add dry ingredients to wet & mix Fold in chopped chocolate Chill 2 hours Bake at 350°F for 12 min Optional: top with flaky sea salt 🧡 .
