@jaxonlaze: I deal with people who are afraid of dogs on a daily basis! My own parents and older sister are afraid of my own dogs and therefore I’m constantly navigating ways to make others feel more comfortable around Laze. I use my own dog to help people understand that not all dogs are dangerous nor a threat to them. In this case I wanted Emma who also has a large dog to feel comfortable around another dog. Obviously I can’t take away her fear of all other dogs but just taking the time to get her to understand what a properly trained dog looks like made her feel at ease. Please understand that I recognize people’s fear of dogs and while this isn’t true about all dogs, many are just as sweet and loving as they come!
