@kellyann.readsbooks: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨//I have other ARCs due sooner. But, ever since I read this description and was approved I could not stop thinking about this book! It did not disappoint. The witty banter was hilarious. Ava was the head giraffe keeper (okay, that was a bit far fetched but it somehow worked) for a wealthy lady, Maxine. Maxine also happened to own a pro football team. When a new quarterback was traded, a few members of the team created a group chat with him. Only he wasn’t responding—because they added Ava. After lots of back and forth, the group chat stayed in tact but with aliases. “Fish”/“Boss” created a side chat with “Imposter” and they quickly catch feelings. Neither of them knew it was Hudson or Ava who also had a meet cute at Maxine’s house. It turns into a “You’ve Got Mail” situation with letters to and from Ava and Hudson with texts/calls between Boss and Imposter. It was so well written and I smiled the whole read!
