@lifewithsylviaaa: Our 4th baby was just 2.5 weeks old when he became seriously ill. 8 days into his PICU stay, he experienced a Code Blue. I watched a team perform CPR on my baby, and after 6 minutes, they brought him back. We spent 22 days in the hospital, and our journey didn't end when we came home. The fear, the trauma, and the worry are things I'm still learning to live with. Today, he's almost 6 months old, and we feel so lucky to have him. He is so loved and we will never take a single day with him for granted. Please take Cold/Flu season seriously, especially when you have newborns and young babies at home. Talk to your child's doctor about prevention and don't hesitate to seek medical attention when something doesn't feel right. I'm sharing this not to scare anyone, but to remind you how precious and fragile life is. 🥹 Please hug your babies extra tight for me ❤️ & THANK YOU to the PICU TEAM full of amazing individuals. I’ll never forget what you did for our family!
