According to Bishop Allotey, people talk, play music and watch movies in moving vehicles, yet preaching appears to be singled out for restriction. He therefore challenged the justification that preaching in vehicles causes distractions that could lead to road accidents. Taking his argument further, he declared that those who stand against the preaching of the Gospel are not from God, insisting that political leaders derive their authority from the people and can be voted out of power.
