Soğan, patates, biber ve domatesleri halka halka doğrayıp tepsiye alalım. Sos malzemelerini bir kapta karıştıralım. Palamutları sosa bulayıp sebzelerin üzerine dizelim. Üzerine limon dilimleri ve birkaç parça tereyağı koyalım. Yağlı kağıdı ıslatıp suyunu sıkalım ve tepsinin üzerine kapatalım. Önceden ısıtılmış 190°C fırında pişirelim. Afiyet olsun! 😋🐟 🇬🇧 PAN-STEAMED BONITO INGREDIENTS: 🐟 2-3 bonito fish 🧅 2 onions 🥔 3-4 potatoes 🌶️ 3 green peppers 🍅 2-3 tomatoes FOR THE SAUCE: 🫒 Just under 1 Turkish tea glass of olive oil 🧄 2 cloves of garlic 🍋 Juice of half a lemon 🌶️ Paprika 🌶️ Red pepper flakes 🖤 Black pepper 🌿 Sumac 🧂 Salt METHOD: Grease the baking tray with butter. Slice the onions, potatoes, peppers and tomatoes and arrange them in the tray. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Coat the bonito with the sauce and place it over the vegetables. Add lemon slices and a few pieces of butter on top. Wet a sheet of parchment paper, squeeze out the excess water and cover the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C until cooked through.
