Lawsuits. People need to apply. When they’re not given interviews or hired, file a lawsuit. I think most EEOC regulations apply to companies with at least 50 employees.

I moved to Texas from Torrance California about 4 years ago. I’ve had way more opportunities out here then I’ve ever had in Cali, I know “Texas” isn’t ideal for everyone but for me it has be great. I can’t see myself moving back.

Don’t tell me this 😩 I’m trying to leave my hometown of Miami is doing this exact same thing for years now. Only hiring Hispanics and demanding that you speak Spanish. Black ppl have moved out of the county in drones. Just last week this furniture store called el dorado was ordered to pay 1.3 millions for only hiring Hispanics. I’m over here trying to leave this situation and the same happening in LA?! 😩🥲
