working at a pick your own farm with people like this eating in the field was so annoying cause i ended up getting yelled at because people wouldn’t read the “don’t eat before you pay” signs and you’re literally stealing from the farms that have you pay per pound cause you already ate some of that weight. you might say “oh it’s so expensive to go though!” that’s because people really only go to farms in the fall to get they’re pictures and those farms have to make money to get them through the winter when they have no income at all

Dont peel the skin. The skin if fruits and veggies often is the most necessary to consume. Culinary taste is why it is peeled.

They charge for your entry and pick sometimes offer different prices for small baskets or a cardboard flat where I’ve gone. And they usually tell you if you’re eating them there where to wash them off
