also I used to get my prescription every 3 months . now it has to be every 28 days so they say they have delivered more prescriptions..... more money spent more packaging more wasted time

NHS is not broken NHS is far beyond that NHS is now dangerous & scary to whoever gets sick. you are lucky, if you dont get physically & mentally hurt by NHS while the investigate/ treat your illness. truly terrifying experience

I know this since I worked in the NHS. The waiting list is artificially shortened by pushing referrals back to GP to manage. The sad thing is GPs are generalist. By the time it is justified for you to see the consultant, it could be too late! Too many negligence, no one goes to prison. They say lessons have been learned! And it continues to happen!

I’ve twice had the NHS try to cut my chemotherapy funding. Both times after decisions they made, not me. As soon as I threatened legal action, common sense suddenly prevailed.

Yep, I’ve noticed EVERY Dr and consultant has been trying to discharge me before meaningful investigations (I have multiple disabilities) to find out what’s actually wrong. They’ve also tried to do this to my 2 autistic children.

Correct, why am I getting messages asking if I still need an referral appointment and if I don’t reply within 48 hours I’ll be removed from the waiting list??? I’ve been saying this for months now, govt keep going on how they’ve brought waiting lists down, nope you’ve just made it harder for some to stay on the list
