I am 45 I know what people make. i cashed out and moved upstate NY. I know when I was younger my friends could get 200, 300k houses, now I do not know how much young people make to afford 5k housing payments. Covid made all city people want to move to LI. Prices still up supply and demand. Right now the entire country thinks LI is all rich.

I may not go on fancy vacations and have nice cars but I have a big house, 5 kids, an amazing wife and a small farm with lots of animals. I also dont have car payments and have minimal debt.

I will say this, some people have a huge spending problem, some people get paid weekly for sure, but they do not understand that that money is for rent and stuff. just watching people blow hundreds of dollars daily and then having to work OT to keep up. these younglings finding out the hard way.
