Want 3D Delts? Try This Shoulder Workout! 👊 1️⃣ Newtech Single-Arm Seated Lateral Raise Being tall, I’ve found that not every machine fits my body structure. That’s why I prefer doing this one single-arm. It allows me to get a better range of motion and raise my arm higher than when using both arms together. I can really focus on isolating my side delts without feeling restricted by the machine. 2️⃣ Newtech Torture Shoulder Press I’m not worried about moving the heaviest weight here. My focus is on controlling the eccentric (lowering phase), keeping tension on my delts, and avoiding bouncing out of the bottom. I want to control the weight through every rep instead of letting the weight control me. 3️⃣ Newtech Standing Lateral Raise Body positioning is everything on this one. I keep my torso stable to avoid swinging or using momentum. As I lower the weight, I really slow things down near the bottom before smoothly starting the next rep. No bouncing or throwing the weight around. Just controlled reps with the focus on my side delts. 4️⃣ Prime Seated Rear Delt Fly I make sure my shoulders are down before starting each rep to minimize upper trap involvement. I also avoid pulling my arms too far back because I want to keep the emphasis on my rear delts instead of turning it into more of an upper-back movement. It’s all about positioning, control, and feeling the muscle work. Have questions about sets, reps, or any of these exercises? Drop them in the comments! I’ll answer them here so everyone can learn and benefit. 👊 If you’re interested in trying the Bodybuilding.com Signature supplements I use, check out my link or head over to Bodybuilding.com and use code KIM10 to save 10%. @ShopBodybuilding And if you’re into health and longevity like I am, check out my link for Bodybuilding Health Peptides to learn more about what they offer. #ShoulderWorkout #ShoulderTraining #Delts #Hypertrophy #Bodybuilding
