@thatrnreads: 🦴 Book Review: Bones 🦴 By K. L. Speer This story had me hooked from the beginning. This is a post apocalyptic/ dystopian/ paranormal fantasy and it does not disappoint. I enjoye immersive reading and did both audiobook and physical book to read along. The plot was well written and had the drama needed to keep you engaged. The world building felt realistic and easy to picture. Although the magic involved grows, its source is not well known and leaves you wanting more. There’s so much heartbreak and grief, like right from the beginning. Just when you think there’s going to be a happily ever after, the devastation hits. The ending caught me off guard and more than ready to jump into book 2. #bones
