@japdmedia26: Charlotte County, Florida — Newly circulated bodycam footage from April 2024 shows a Charlotte County Sheriff’s detective arresting Ana Barbara Adams Pedrosa just one day after she posted bond for separate retail-theft charges. The detective explained that additional cases had developed outside local city jurisdiction. When Adams Pedrosa asked for an attorney and inquired where she would be taken, the detective told her: “If you wanna talk with me, we’ll go to the office. If you don’t wanna talk with me, you’ll just go straight down to the jail.” After learning her destination depended on speaking with him, she agreed to go to the office. Her family also spoke with deputies regarding merchandise at the residence.
