Talking to my Dodge/Chrysler guy he told me the OEM’s might be plastic, but it dissipates heat better. The aluminum holds the heat deteriorates the seals

I have found using factory O-Rings with the aluminum cooler solved the repeat oil leaks. But honestly at that point I'd just use the factory cooler. This is just how my boss likes it done.

I own a 2016 jeep Cherokee 3.2. The Dorman oil cooler with mopar o rings is the best option for it. Currently 40k miles on mine and no issues

Change the canister wheels to bigger ones! Was literally just looking this up to upgrade my craftsman tool chest with better wheels.

Installation error. Why would the service manager who did the work bring you the car to re-do the work

soo. with the dorman. you need to check that all the bolts on it are properly torqued. as you should with any aftermarket part. to be clear. the bolts that hold the cooler together need to be checked. i often see them very loose
