🍫 Homemade Star Crunch! ⭐🤎 Chewy, chocolatey, caramel marshmallow treats loaded with crispy Rice Krispies cereal and made with gooey melted Werther’s caramels 😭🍫 These homemade Star Crunch cookies are the perfect nostalgic no-bake dessert! ⭐ INGREDIENTS • ½ cup salted butter • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 14 oz canned sweetened condensed milk • 1 bag (4.51 oz) Werther’s Soft Caramel Candies • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows • 1½ tsp pure vanilla extract • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal • Cooking spray 👩‍🍳 DIRECTIONS 1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-low heat. 2. Add the cocoa powder and whisk until smooth. 3. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and whisk until fully combined. 4. Add the Werther’s Soft Caramel Candies and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth. 5. Turn off the heat, then add the mini marshmallows and vanilla extract. 6. Fold everything together until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. 7. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold until evenly coated in the chocolate caramel mixture. 🍫 8. Lightly spray a spoon or cookie scoop with cooking spray to prevent sticking. 9. Scoop the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into individual mounds. 10. Lightly spray the back of a spoon with cooking spray and gently press each mound into a flat, round Star Crunch shape. 11. Refrigerate or freeze for about 1 hour, or until set. 12.
