girl, was the spinach with us in the room ?! 😭 I should meal prep too! but I think I procrastinate alot about eating the same thing whole week and wondering if it will be fresh as the week progresses.

Why do you boil the chicken first??? also I would probably go over my calorie intake per meal just cause of spice. I can't eat bland food hey.
