this is my worst fear. i don’t even have seizures often at all. but after being given a medication in the hospital a month ago ive been so out of wack and almost faint every day. i’m scared my boyfriend won’t be home with me when it happens. i have no family where we live and his family won’t have a way to get to me if needed. the fear is real. i’m sorry you go through this

I have epilepsy as well.. I’ve been able to recognize that I’m about to have an episode. It’s such an odd feeling- you just know something is coming. My heart goes out to you. Are you on any medication?

Epilepsy is a nervous system disorder so reacting to the feeling and stressing and worrying over going to have one can 100% trigger you even if you weren’t having symptoms. I used to be friends with a girl who couldn’t barely say the word seizure without having one
