The funny part is this doesn't exist in my country. Even debt is heavily taxed. Also heavily restricted. You can't just ask for money. Here you need money to borrow money. To pay taxes over that borrowed money

Okay, so he relies on debt to sustain himself—but debt has to be repaid, so how does he pay it back? In most countries today, even billionaires face tough conditions; they are required to provide collateral and are ultimately forced to repay their debts. So, I didn't quite understand his method.
