Princess :
i actually got rid of all the dishes that ive never used throughout the years, i bought myself very beautiful and expensive plates that i now use as my daily plates. i deserve to eat in beautiful dishes and drink from mugs that are gorgeous. it's only 2 of us in this home so i only bought 3 or 4 of each item and that's perfect. i will never do this save for later mentality again.

This is so true! We do estate sales and there’s always a set of “good” china in the cupboard, dusty, seldom used. We tell everyone to USE IT or lose it! I have a set with silver trim and I even put it in the dishwasher! Better to use it!!

I just got a new roof and the banging made them all fall from the upstairs closet. Problem solved 💯

Yes. *gasp* I even donated my mother's china, after (never) using them.
