He has really good point. However, to come to that point where you can apply his knowledge, you need to work for someone... Or inherit some real estate or some stocks. Nobody will give you a loan with no collateral. Not even a loan shark. If you start from zero, you need to work ro build credit score and then take a loan. Second option is steal.
