👏💯🎯 You’re not on the same page as them, because you’re not living in the same reality as them😳. They exist in a fantasy world of their own making, a self-narrated video game where they control the storyline, decide the rules and cast themselves as the main character. Reality becomes a trigger because it pulls them out of that illusion and forces them to face what they cannot control, often resulting in frustration and anger. Within their imagined game, they hold all the power; outside of it, they don’t. They want you to enter their fantasy world, play by their rules only and follow their narrative, but with one condition: they must be the only one holding the controller and your not allowed to step back into reality or your own autonomy or you will be punished 😳🙏

To be honest I still carry some of the heartache and pain that came with walking away from my first love my first husband 20 years ago. I wanted to believe it waI could no longer unsee what I began to see. The pain realizing your first and only true love could not and would not change. Remarried another narcissist before I knew there was a name for it.
