literally not even just in restaurants. i work in retail and i would cash ppl who would buy multiple pairs of clothing over $100 than the next customer would tell me to take out items so they could afford their $30 budget.

I use to work at the casino and we would have the "high rollers" come in town for tournaments and one time this mom came in with her kids and went shopping and spent $20k all on shoes, coats, jeans, bags etc. And then they came back the next day and spent another $15k.

I was supposed to work a party of 40+people they rented out our speakeasy for 2k+ didn’t show up and never emailed back about the reservation they made weeks ago? They also knew deposit is kept if they don’t show. In this economy 😅

It depends on how old they are too. Older folk either come from generational wealth & their money has been compounding since birth or people have worked a lot of their life and their money has compounded to being about to do everything you’re talking about.
