I believe it’s a mix between the high rent and homelessness. Sometimes the homeless shelters are full or either not a safe place because even if they do have jobs it probably isn’t enough to pay their rent.

That is a huge vulnerability. How would you find sabotage or *worse* in the dirty, dark cluttered labyrinth underneath an old city? The city better keep its eyes open and its manholes closed. 👁️💀 Change the caps to a new secure design asap.These are times of treachery.

aint nothing new just cause we have social media alot of treasure hunters and theres many underground hiding tunnels people are like trying to find in the 90s we used to have rave underground parties
