End of March vs end of September! Every time I go to the ortho I get complimented on how well my hygiene is. Waterflosser, regular floss, regular brushing and interdental brushes!

And that persons teeth will look like this because they’re not brushing their teeth with braces, I remember seeing this picture when I had braces, and it terrified me. I would brush my teeth every meal and floss my teeth as well.😂

I found it so hard to clean in between my teeth when I had braces and it was so hopeless until a dentist recommended me this, she was so helpful, some people really are the right people for the right job.

I had 10 cavities when my braces came off and I was upset but my dentist said that 10 was an extremely low number and I did really good

Why isn’t there a hygienist at ortho offices? When I had braces this was a struggle for me. I had to get the wires removed, go get a cleaning and then go back to ortho to put everything back on.
