@postpartumeats: I know as Moms we feel like we have to do everything alone but that’s not true! Allow those who are there to assist you, ASSIST YOU! Coming home the other day, two young men were waiting for my neighbor to come down(don’t worry I’ve seen them before), saw that I had 4 bags in my hand. You know how we don’t like making more than one trip lol They asked me if they could help with my bags and of course out of habit I simply replied, “no I got it but could you please open the front door for me?” Right there, I should’ve said Yes-because in fact I did need help and had to walk up another flight of steps with all these bags. The point is- Take the help when offered and ASK for help when it is not! You are more than enough Mama! 💾 Save this as your Reminder when you feel like you have to do it all!
