@seoyou_asmr: Making beautiful and delicious food has been a deep love of mine for many many years, from easy bake oven to jr high school personalized cakes for a best friend to homemade eggnog at 12 years old to beautiful colorful salads and adventurous baking all before my 20s. It’s been many years now of simple and nourishing meals here in my home but that doesn’t mean that quick, nutritious, and simple can’t feel beautiful and giving🍽️ This is the simplest way I poach eggs and have since having tiny kids: 1. Pot or pan - I like a pan because it uses less water and I’ve found it quicker and easier 2. Water enough to cover an egg and then some 3. Splash of vinegar - I use a simple white or apple 4. Boil 5. Gentle drop the egg in with a cup or large spoon or ladle 6. After a few minutes you can flip it, I like this method but you don’t have to 7. When you give the water a little spin it’ll create a more round egg 8. Remove and voila So very easy, try it on some sourdough asap and let me know if you found it easy!!! 🥚❤️
