I’ve been going to Tyson’s 1 for over 20 years almost every weekend. A few ground rules: do not arrive past 11AM on the weekends, don’t even bother parking in the garage, go to the very top level at Nordstrom and out of doors. Both Nordstrom & the AMC are very accessible from the top level. At Tysons 2, you can park anywhere at anytime, generally.

It just gives me so much anxiety! I feel like I don’t know where to walk no matter which direction I go I’m bumping into someone potentially. This is why I go on weeknights.

Tyson’s is literally the only acceptable mall in the DMV since they’ve stripped Annapolis , the kids took over Wheaton , Columbia, and Pentagon. St.Charles became a front for money laundering. Montgomery mall is nice too. Arundel Mills is hit or miss. Fair Oaks is next best.
