hear me out - this same concept, but with a mesh fold back top that my poppers could ride around in. secure car seat for the car and then snaps to a rolling base to become a doggy stroller.

How is this better than using their shopping carts? You can use totes with them. I just keep the totes in the car and bring the cart to the car and fill the totes. If you know what you are buying before hand a thermal printer can help you stretch your paycheck out.

Many Costco shoppers have families who also have a wagon or stroller in the back already and you wanna put another one in there just for groceries? Just use those bins in a Costco shopping cart
