*I was a victim & survivor of Luis Vizcarrondo EL (Baltimore/ Silver Springs MD) as he's the most evil, manipulative, gaslighter, conartist, love bomber, pathological liar, controlling, abusive, hyper sexual, promiscuous, polygamist, womanizer, voodoo practitioner, drug lord, left me a debt with an auto loan & malignant sadistic narcissistic man (machiavellian/dark triad) on this earth. He also invaded my privacy through illegally video surveillance me in my house, violated my human rights, placed me on the dark web and internet, corrupted the court and law enforcement, hacked my electronics, drugged me & gangstalked me in an attempt to cause my demise. A boy in a man body with a bruised ego because I turned him down twice, I'm the one who got away & as the typical bitter, narc man he is he went on a smear campaing in an attempt to ruin my name & character which of course failed miserably. I made him look good in public. His accusations are simply his projections and confessions. The level of abuse he subjected me too is beyond anything I could have never imagined. Him & I are not the same.
