I honestly wish my parents had taught me more about picking a partner…spoke wisdom into me about what I was settling for. Instead they saw people to invite to bbqs to party with and boys who were going down roads they wouldn’t want their daughter on but allowed bc “she is gonna do it anyways” apparently….
