Better reasons for MASPE over MARPE besides the central incisor split. Facial assymetry can destroy your bite, as well as too much expansion.

I have a question, all my orthodontists that were airway said I don’t need marpe because it’ll make my upper palate arch wider than my bottom arch ? Will that happen to you? What if your bottom arch is narrow too? I’m going to dr koval tho tomorrow to see to get a cbct

I’m curious, does your current mm being far from the recommended 45mm affect the price of your procedure. The reason I ask is bc I’m looking to get this done as well and mine is around 37mm. I’ve been dealing with breathing issues for years and the clenching is affecting my gums I assume the price varies depending on how long the Invisalign/marpe time frame takes. Is that correct?
