Those are $3-$6M homes and the worst thing is insurance wont be paying them out, atleast not for a long time. Look at the Malibu and Palisades homes that burned in the fires, insurance still hasnt paid and is refusing alot of them.

Lo que no entiendo es por qué hacen casas de madera y yeso frente a la costa si con solo mojar un poco una pared se hace aguada ahora con semejante oleada y golpe fuerte que le da el agua a esas casas claro que las va a destruir 🤪

Hmm if only a team of scientists whose whole job was to research what would happen if the ice caps melted due to a 2° overall increase in atmospheric temperature had warned us about this possibility 10+ years ago in a meaningful way so we could prevent the damage done to our ocean currents and atmospheric pressure centers that cause these shifts in where the tropical storms are making landfall 🤔
