I've just got out of a toxic relationship with my soon be to ex wife She was controlling in ways I didn't know at the time and now I'm free of her I've started waking up to all the things she made me feel like I was to blame. Giving bread crums and me being happy with just that sad I know but I always hopped that she would get better the abuse would stop and mental torture but it only got worse I kept forgiving her for all the punches to the face the hitting. Forgiving her because of the past she went through but that wasn't love. I shouldn't of been the person receiving all this pain as I didn't do that to her. I'm still trying now to be free of her but I figured out that she is a narcissist and very good at manipulating me 😢

my sister's always judged me. but our mum died. her last words. look after Kirsty. she's not strong enough to do this on her own. she's the baby of you 3 girls. have I seen them since her funeral 16 months ago. not one word. I'm done. they couldn't even respect mums last words. I'm absolutely done. I'm not reaching out I'm proving my point. I've survived mum's death albeit a failed suicide attempt but I'm still here. without their help or judgement. xx
