@today.in.k: Here is how we set up our living space for triplets! This has worked great for us and for our visitors. We brought two babies home upon discharge and this is what worked for us the last 5 days! #triplets #newborn
Great organization and set up! Hope you guys are getting help, triplets is a lot!!

Point his private down when put diaper on and also try changing diaper brand. Some are not good for boys they pee thru it I have 8 boys I know

Put a wipe over his pee pee when changing. And make sure it’s pointed down when you put his diaper on

girl you are doing so amazing! we had the same issue with our boys from day 1. idk what diaper brand you currently use but we switched to huggies and made sure to “point their pecker down” and that helped decrease pee blowouts. we also ended up sizing up to newborn a little early than we thought we’d need and that helped too!

When I had my son, we were advised to put the Vaseline on low lint, sterile gauze sponges. That helped keep him protected, and still let the diaper do its job. Might be worth a shot!

I’m a mom of 3(not all at once) and a childcare provider of 30 yrs. You have this mastered. The key to success is to be a step ahead. Be organized and ready for what’s next and things will feel less overwhelming. It took me a long time to learn this. Your are doing so good only 5 days in. Keep up the hard work! You are a great mom!

hi! with circumcised babies, make sure you're pointing the pee pee down. also, I know they used to say to put Vaseline or aquafor inside the diaper to keep from sticking, but that also is a wetness barrier, so it doesn't absorb the pee.
we found it helpful to put a bigger size diaper over the original one, to catch the overflow.

Keep a supply of those pads that you are changing them on! They are so helpful with blowouts and changing in random locations, especially public change stations.

You are so prepared! Love that for you. Hope your third can come home soon. My 35wk son spent time in the NICU and it was so hard. A positive, he had a very strong routine when we brought him home. When they are so tiny, I feel like diapers don’t fit well and leaks happen! We had to fold the top of the diaper down, and point him down to help with wetting through- but it happens!

That’s how I have my set up too! Honestly I rather have just the pack n plays than the bassinets I feel like they sleep better with more room. My triplets are helicopter sleepers 😅

My oldest was awful with this… we had to point “it” down and luvs were the only thing that would leak.

First, Congratulations! I am confused…with your comment about your son wetting everything bc he is circumcised?? I had two boys and never had an issue of them being wet from a circumsion??

I set my pump station up on a rolling book cart and it was a game changer. I just rolled it wherever I needed to be and all the stuff was already on the cart.

Congratulations, I also have BBG triplets. I’m sure your NICU told you this already but I didn’t see anyone comment it. For our boys we had small gauze squares sent home with is and we would layer on the Vaseline then layer a gauze on top and then the diaper and they never leaked.

For your baby boy who’s leaking in his diaper, put the diaper higher in the front then you have been. It might help?
