@itstime2eatt: FJ Oxtail Noodle Soup (福州牛尾粉干) Recipe - Oxtails - Grace of Earth Dried Morel Mushrooms - Rice Noodles - Chinese Celery - Napa Cabbage - Fried Egg (Optional) 1. Clean oxtails by boiling for 10 minutes. Discard the oxtail boiling water and clean each oxtail to remove any excess debris 2. Add the oxtails back in with fresh water. Bring to a boil then cut heat to low 3. While the water is boiling, soak the Dried Morel Mushrooms in warm water for 10-15 minutes. KEEP the mushroom water and add it to the soup 4. Once mushrooms are soft, add it in to the soup and season with salt, MSG, and Fujian Cooking Wine 5. Simmer on low for 6 hours 6. In a separate pot, cook the rice noodles, napa cabbage, and Chinese celery 7.
