Used mine once. second time it turned on but no mist. I sent it back! Was so mad!! Light turned on. You can hear the machine on, but no mist.

I got mine and it makes it god-awful noise like it’s sprayer is messed up like it’s not a sound spray. It’s a loud gargling spray I mean it does work pet odor eliminator in the sprayer does work. I just don’t like the way that the sprayer makes a certain sound. And I’ve used the three bottles of the pet odor eliminator so now I have my Brazilian waves from R&W company in mine

I use mine in my rabbit cage, furniture, ON my dog, it works amazingly! If you smoke it helps eliminate the odor, I use it in my garbage bin..
