@allielaroseeee: sugar cookie cheesecake bars 🎃 my man went crazyyyy over these lol they were so good!!! here’s how i made them: ingredients: 2 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 cup softened butter 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs 1/2 tsp salt (if using unsalted butter) sprinkles to liking cheesecake portion: 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 egg 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla food coloring for pumpkins make it: in a large bowl, mix together softened butter and sugars. next add vanilla and eggs. finish by adding baking powder, flour and sprinkles, set aside. in another bowl, add all cheesecake ingredients together besides food coloring and mix well. scoop a couple tablespoons to the side for the green stems on the pumpkins. dye the large portion of cheesecake orange and the small portion green. add cookie mixture to a greased pan and pat down with a spatula. make little bowls in the dough for pumpkins, then add orange filling. i used a knife for the green stems. bake at 350 for about 35- 40 minutes and let cool completely. serve alone or with some ice cream!! super fun for a halloween night in or a party :) #halloweencookies #cozybaking #halloweenbaking #halloweendesserts #explorepage✨
