Let’s start with this cornbread crusted mac and cheese 😮‍💨🔥 Recipe 16oz Elbows 1T Dijon 18oz heavy cream Hella mozzarella cheddar and pepper jack lol Pasta water to thin out, around 1/4C S&P, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, pinch of sage Jiffy cornbread Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain. Heat heavy cream over medium-low heat. Stir in Dijon mustard and seasonings. Reduce heat to low and gradually stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and pepper jack until melted and creamy. Add reserved pasta water as needed to thin the sauce. Fold in cooked macaroni until evenly coated. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve warm. Make your jiffy cornbread mix, and put dollops on top of the mac, bake using jiffy’s directions #cornbread #macandcheese #pasta #fallrecipes #FoodTok
