They do exist, just most of those who have distanced or disavowed have yet to find their voice & spine. The only ones I’ve noticed visibly that have are war veterans who saw active duty, different story with the ones who never been in the line of fire. My exposure is through being a longtime member of SAL with the American Legion going to events between my home post & the post in my old hometown. I talk with a number of veteran members regularly & have been gauging things since May of last year. It’ll take longer for the never served or never saw active duty while serving to get with the program, if ever.

As a blue dot in the red sea of WV - there are a lot of Republicans dissatisfied with what the party has given them. But they are so deeply entrenched that they won’t vote blue. Some will vote independent (because some of the independents are right of MAGA), but many simply won’t vote. Let alone condemn this administration so that they are not treated as the same pariahs they have made anyone that is not Republican.
